We baptise people during the Sunday evening service 3 times a year.

It’s a wonderful and memorable time for new believers, guests and the wider church. We celebrate those getting baptised having died to a life without God and risen to a new life in Jesus.

People come to know Jesus through so many different means; through a friend, going along to an Alpha course to find out more about Christianity, after family and friends praying for them, after receiving healing; there are so many different stories! At the baptism service we get to catch a glimpse of the difference that Jesus has made in people’s lives as we hear their stories. It is a great celebration of what Jesus can do in our lives!

If you have come to believe in Jesus and have decided to follow him then we would love to encourage you to get baptised. It is a powerful public statement of what you believe and a deeply symbolic act of faith.
