Essential Information

Please read before booking to come to the Prayer Room

Please read the following essential information before visiting the prayer room. Even with the actions we have taken to protect us all, the risk of transmission of COVID-19 can’t be entirely eliminated and so before considering attending, we encourage you to think carefully about the best choice for you and your situation.

If you are over 70, are categorised as clinically vulnerable or would prefer not to wear a face covering, we would strongly recommend that you continue to enjoy our online prayer gatherings from home due to the increased risks associated with attending in person gatherings.

Pre-booking is required because we have a limited capacity in the prayer room, and because our booking system is a means through which we gather track and trace data. Please book additional tickets for others who are coming with you from your household bubble. However, anyone outside your household bubble must book separately.

What if I’ve booked a ticket but can’t make it?
If you have booked a ticket, but are not able to attend for any reason, we would love to make your ticket available to someone else. Please email [email protected] and we can arrange this.

Does every member of my household need a ticket?
Yes. Every member of your household or support bubble will need a ticket. Please book additional tickets for them as you go through the booking process.

What about track and trace?
When booking, we also collect your data for the NHS Test and Trace scheme as requested by the government. We’ve made the decision to share this information with the NHS if requested.

You are free to arrive at any point within your booked slot. Please enter at the main entrance and make your way to G1/G2 via the reception. The room host will sign you in.

Hands Face Space
We ask that you sanitise your hands on the way in , wear a face mask and maintain 2m distance from anyone outside your household bubble throughout.

The host team will direct you to the available toilets.

Should I attend if I feel unwell or have COVID-19?
No, if any of the following apply please do not attend:

  • you feel unwell
  • you show or have shown any symptoms of COVID-19 (or have been in close contact with someone who has) within the last 14 days
  • you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 (or been in close contact with someone who has) within the last 14 days
  • you have been asked to self-isolate under the NHS Test and Trace scheme or have returned from a country outside of the UK government exemption list in the last 14 days
