Essential Information

Please read this essential information before booking your ticket/s

Trent Vineyard’s top priority is the safety of our congregation, visitors, staff and volunteer team and so things will look a little different for a while, with new measures in place to make things COVID-secure. These are outlined in the FAQs section below.

Even with the actions we have taken to protect us all, the risk of transmission of COVID-19 can’t be entirely eliminated and so before considering attending, we encourage you to think carefully about the best choice for you and your situation.

Why do I need to book a ticket?

Due to social distancing, we will have limited capacity so every person attending will need to book a ticket. Tickets are available on a first come first served basis. We ask you only book tickets you will use. If you have not booked a ticket in advance, you may not be allowed entry.

How do I cancel a booking?

If you have booked a ticket, but are not able to attend for any reason, we would love to make your ticket available to someone else. Please use the CANCEL link at the bottom of your confirmation email you received after booking.

Can I now sit with a group?

Yes. You can now book tickets and sit with other people outside your household in groups. Please aim to arrive together so you can be seated together.

Does every member of my group need a ticket?

Yes. Every member of your group (including children) will need a ticket. You can book tickets together as you go through the booking process by ‘adding additional ticket’. You will be invited to sit with members of your household or support bubble as per your booking.

      When should I arrive?

Please arrive about 10-20 minutes before the service starts.

      What happens when I arrive?

If driving, please come to the main car park entrance where the car parking team will direct you. The Connect team will then welcome you at the main entrance or coffee shop entrance to the warehouse. As you enter the auditorium, you’ll then be signed in and guided to your seat by the host team. If you need to go to Trent Youth or Trent Kids, the car parking team will direct you accordingly.

Do I still need to wear a face covering?

We are continuing with face-coverings for our Sunday services. Therefore we kindly ask you to enter the venue with a face covering on and wear it for the duration of your time in a Trent Vineyard venue. If you require a ‘face covering exempt’ lanyard please ask the Connect team on arrival.

      Will there be childcare provided?

Your children are welcome to come along. Please use the separate bookings for Trent Youth and Trent Kids. Alternatively you can book a ticket for children in order that that they may accompany you into the main auditorium (Family room).

      How will we socially distance?

The Host team will guide you to a seat, with a one metre gap (the length of one empty chair) between yourself and the next individual or group. (If you’d feel more comfortable with a larger gap, please speak to our team and they will seek to accommodate your request).

Will there be food or refreshments?

There will be no food or refreshments served. We recommend you bring your own drink or flask if you’d like to, for you and any children who accompany you.

      What about hygiene?

There will be hand sanitiser available for you to use at each of the venues. The Trent Vineyard team will clean each of the venues between bookings.

Will I be allowed to sing?

Yes. However, we’ll continue to wear masks as we sing together. You’ll also be able to engage in worship through other ways (i.e: standing, kneeling, lifting hands, clapping, etc.) but we’d still encourage you to stay at your seat.

Will there be time to socialise?

Whitebird Coffee Shop will be open before and after the service (AM) and after the service (PM) if you’d like to grab a drink and hang out there.

What if I have additional needs?

All our venues will be accessible for those with additional needs. British Sign Language support will be available on weeks 2 and 4 at the 19:00 service. Unfortunately, there will be no hearing aid loop provision.

What if I have another question?

If you have any further questions, or would like to see a copy of our Risk Assessment, please email us on [email protected].
