Supervisor (Whitebird Coffee Shop)

Summary of the role: You will be responsible for helping to supervise the running of the Coffee Shop front of house. The role involves assisting the Senior Supervisor to successfully attain our vision to serve the church, our customers and local community with excellent customer service, whilst also ensuring that the business runs efficiently. You will oversee the day-to-day running of Whitebird Coffee shop which includes leading and supporting other Coffee Shop staff and ensuring the smooth running of the day.

Hours: Part-time, 22.50 hours per week (0.6 FTE)

General Trading Assistant (Sessional Work)

Summary of the role: Working as part of the trading team, the General Trading Assistant is a sessional role, which means we will ask you to work when required. The role involves working in any of the different areas within the trading team. These areas are Conferencing, Coffee Shop, Room Bookings and Reception.

As a Trading Assistant, you play a key role in welcoming and supporting customers and visitors to Trent Vineyard. Your focus is to ensure they have the best possible experience with us, as well as completing all practical aspects of the role to the highest possible standard. As part of the application and recruitment process, we will discuss which area(s) of the trading team you are most interested in working within.

Hours: As required and agreed

Summary of the role: You will work within the Housekeeping team, taking responsibility for re-setting our main auditorium (used during our Sunday Church services) back to its weekday appearance and presenting it to a high standard of cleanliness on the first working day of each week.

Hours: Part-time, 6.25 hours per week (0.17 FTE)
