Senior Supervisor (Communications & Events)

Summary of the role: We’re looking for a creative and organised leader to join our Production and Communications Team at Trent Vineyard. You’ll oversee external communications and event production, including Sunday services, ensuring excellence across all media and live output.Confident, media-savvy, and people-focused, you’ll manage projects and teams in a dynamic environment with flexibility and grace. As an active Christian, you’ll embody Trent Vineyard’s vision and values in all you do.

Hours: Permanent contract, 30 (0.8 FTE) to 37.5 (1.0 FTE) hours per week

Assistant (Conferencing & Events)

Summary of the role: The Events Assistant (Conferencing) plays a vital support role to ensure the smooth and efficient running of events and conferences organised by Trent Conference Centre. This is a customer facing role which therefore requires the highest levels of customer service at all times. You will play a key, customer facing role as part of a dynamic and exciting team.

Hours: 22.50 hours per week (0.6 FTE)

Warehouse Supervisor – Trent Compassion

Summary of the role: This role involves managing the flow of the furniture in and out of the building and working with the public including donators and Arches clients.Ideally this person will have the skillset including strategic thinking to increase donations and taking an active role, including the physical movement and distribution of furniture, driving our van and using our database and email. Must be able to support and develop existing volunteers, and train new volunteers to support the warehouse teams as necessary.

Hours: Working 17.50 hours per week (0.46 FTE) - to include Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
