We have a large team of Leaders, staff, trustees and volunteers who help us run our church and lots more! We are so blessed to be able to bless the community generously, run projects, events and courses as well as support the normal day-to-day running of the church.

    Senior Pastors

    John and Debby are the Senior Pastors of Trent Vineyard and also serve as the National Directors of Vineyard Churches UK and Ireland.

    John oversees various staff ministry teams and also speaks regularly on Sundays.

    Susie oversees various staff teams including those involved in kids, youth, students, young adults, newcomers and evangelism. She also leads Dreaming the Impossible Youth festival.

    Sam is assistant to John and Debby Wright, and supports them in a number of different ways across the life of the church. She is also John Wright's Research Assistant.

    Chair of Trustees

    Clive has been a member of Trent Vineyard since 2004. He is a self-employed business consultant focusing on strategic planning and organisational change. He is also a Trustee of Vineyard Churches UK and Ireland.

    Paul has been a member of Trent Vineyard since 2001. He is one of the founding directors and the Chief Commercial Officer for a fast growing technology business.

    Paul has been a member of Trent Vineyard since 2002. He is a solicitor specialising in property disputes and is a Partner at Freeths LLP.

    Sam has been a member of Trent Vineyard since 2011. He works as a Financial Systems Manager for a leading infection prevention company, implementing and supporting finance systems across the global business.

    Michael has been a member of Trent Vineyard since 2002. He works as a Consultant Paediatrician at Sherwood Forest Hospitals Foundation Trust.
