We have a wonderful team of staff, trustees and volunteers.

We have a large team of Leaders, staff, trustees and volunteers who help us run our church and lots more! We are so blessed to be able to bless the community generously, run projects, events and courses as well as support the normal day-to-day running of the church.

    Senior Pastor

    John is the Senior Pastor of Trent Vineyard.

  • Susie Aldridge image

    Susie Aldridge

    Senior Associate Pastor

    Susie supports John in leading the church, as well as various staff teams, such as Trent Kids, Trent Youth and Trent Vineyard Students, among others. She also leads the Dreaming The Impossible youth movement with Vineyard Churches UK & Ireland.

    Tom leads our Trading, Facilities and Business Operations teams.

    Paul oversees a wide variety of operations, including finance, HR and compliance.

    Sam oversees a number of areas including Leaders’ Meetings, internal comms, and strategic planning. She also works as a Research Assistant.

    Ollie oversees our Youth ministry and has oversight over those involved in students and young adults. He also leads, ZŌÉ, our 20s-30s discipleship year.

    Clive Sillito

    Chair of Trustees

    Clive has been a member of Trent Vineyard since 2004. He is a self-employed business consultant focusing on strategic planning and organisational change. He is also a Trustee of Vineyard Churches UK and Ireland.

    Trustee

    Paul has been a member of Trent Vineyard since 2001. He is one of the founding directors and the Chief Commercial Officer for a fast growing technology business.

  • Paul Tomkins image

    Paul Tomkins

    Trustee

    Paul has been a member of Trent Vineyard since 2002. He is a solicitor specialising in property disputes and is a Partner at Freeths LLP.

    Trustee

    Sam has been a member of Trent Vineyard since 2011. He works as a Financial Systems Manager for a leading infection prevention company, implementing and supporting finance systems across the global business.

    Michael has been a member of Trent Vineyard since 2002. He works as a Consultant Paediatrician at Sherwood Forest Hospitals Foundation Trust.

    Founding Pastors

    John and Debby planted Trent Vineyard in 1996 and handed the leadership on in 2023. They now serve as the National Directors for Vineyard Churches in the UK and Ireland.
