(Step Forward Housing & Employability)

We’re looking for someone with a heart to see people in recovery and those leaving prison build lives of purpose, dignity and hope.

As our Step Forward Housing & Employability Lead, you’ll oversee and develop our programmes, build strong partnerships with churches, prisons, recovery organisations, housing providers and employers, and help create meaningful opportunities for the people we support. You’ll also oversee referrals and recruit, train and support a team of volunteers.

We’re looking for a committed Christian who is relational, compassionate and encouraging; someone who can build trust, develop partnerships and bring both initiative and organisation to the role. Experience of leadership and working with vulnerable adults or people facing multiple disadvantages is essential.

Finance Assistant (Finance & Business)

We’re looking for someone who has a love for process & people.

As a Finance Assistant, you’ll support the accurate and efficient processing of financial information across Trent Vineyard and its subsidiaries, TV Conferencing Ltd and Trent Compassion Trust.

The role comprises two core elements:

· The administration of giving and donations, including maintaining accurate donor records, processing financial data and supporting the preparation of Gift Aid claims.

· Wider support to the Finance Team, including purchase and sales ledger processing, cash and cheque handling, reconciliations and responding to financial queries.

Accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail are central to the role, particularly when handling personal donor information and financial records.

Senior Supervisor (Sales & Marketing - Trading)

Are you passionate about sales and marketing, with a clear vision for promoting the Trent Conference Centre (TCC)? If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Senior Supervisor (Events) to assist the Trading Manager in managing and operating TCC. Your primary focus will be to elevate TCC’s presence within the events industry, grow our client base, and increase revenue generated by the venue.

Your core responsibilities will include overseeing the customer journey from initial contact through to event confirmation, ensuring a smooth and engaging process. Once a booking is secured and the event is confirmed, you will then pass the booking to the Senior Supervisor (Events)’s team and may also contribute to event delivery when necessary.
