Ministry Pastor (Students)

Summary of the role: This is an amazing opportunity to lead, develop and oversee the student ministry program for Trent Vineyard and a team of support staff and volunteers. The role involves creating a vibrant and engaging environment for students (primarily age 18 to 22 years) that fosters spiritual growth, community and outreach in keeping with the vision and values of Trent Vineyard.

The Ministry Pastor will need to have a passion for student ministry, strong leadership skills, and a heart for mentoring and guiding students in their faith journey. The role is based at Trent and includes Sunday working.

Hours: Part-time, 22:50 hours per week (0.6 FTE)

Ministry Pastor (Youth)

Summary of the role: The post holder will be responsible for pastorally leading and organising Trent Youth events and activities, alongside the Senior Ministry Pastor, and to help lead the Trent Youth Team. You must have a passion for youth ministry, strong leadership skills, and a heart for guiding young people in their faith journey. The ideal candidate will be a gifted communicator and have experience of leading and pastoring both young people and teams.

Hours: Part-time, 30 - 37.5 hours per week (0.8 - 1.0 FTE)

Ministry Pastor (Worship)

Summary of the role: The Ministry Pastor is responsible for leading and overseeing the worship ministry at Trent Vineyard. You will ensure that worship during our services and events are Christ-centred, biblically grounded and spiritually enriching. This role involves leading worship, developing teams and creating an atmosphere of worship that fosters spiritual growth. The ideal candidate will be a gifted musician, and a dynamic leader with the necessary strengths to plan, coordinate and deliver worship services. The Ministry Pastor will also work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and church members to create an atmosphere of worship that glorifies God and encourages spiritual growth.

Hours: Part-time, 15 hours per week (0.4 FTE)

Manager (Trading)

Summary of the role: The Trading Manager is responsible for the trading arm of Trent Vineyard. This primarily means oversight and development of Trent Conferencing, which provides external room hire for conferences. It also covers Whitebird, our onsite coffee shop, plus responsibility for managing our reception team and internal room bookings team. In addition to managing and motivating a sizeable staff team, the Trading Manager must focus on the strategic development of all these areas to deliver on the long-term overall aims and interests of the trading team. The Trading Manager will also be committed, and will ensure their team are committed, to serving the vision and values of Trent Vineyard and, working with the Director of Operations, ensure that the trading arm remains well integrated into the overall staff team.
