Assistant (Operations)

Summary of the role: This is an exciting opportunity to support the Operations and Production teams in several key areas. We are looking for someone who will ensure that the operational areas are smoothly and efficiently run, primarily supporting the maintenance of production infrastructure and delivery of events in our auditorium spaces across the Trent Vineyard site.

The secondary focus is the ICT service we provide for staff and volunteers at Trent Vineyard, Trent Compassion Trust and TV Conferencing. The Operations Assistant will also be committed to serving the vision and values of Trent Vineyard.

Hours: Working 15 hours per week (0.4 FTE)

Admin Assistant (Newcomers)

Summary of the role: This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the Ministry Pastors and the Newcomers and Evangelism Team. We are looking for someone to provide administrative support to effectively facilitate the running of the ministry area, including Alpha and discipleship courses, the connect area, newcomers’ meals, men’s and women’s ministry, marriage and pre-marriage courses and baptisms.

Hours: Working 15 hours per week (0.4 FTE)

Senior Supervisor (Communications & Events)

Summary of the role: We’re looking for a creative and organised leader to join our Production and Communications Team at Trent Vineyard. You’ll oversee external communications and event production, including Sunday services, ensuring excellence across all media and live output.Confident, media-savvy, and people-focused, you’ll manage projects and teams in a dynamic environment with flexibility and grace. As an active Christian, you’ll embody Trent Vineyard’s vision and values in all you do.

Hours: Permanent contract, 30 (0.8 FTE) to 37.5 (1.0 FTE) hours per week
